Qigong (Chee GUNG)
For over 5,000 years, the Chinese Taoists have studied the secrets to health and longevity. Today, Medical Qigong (sometimes referred to as "Chinese Yoga") is the culmination of this ancestral wisdom. Through the variety of stretches and movement, combined with breathing and mind exercises, the body is opened to receive and exchange Qi (Energy) with our external environment, balancing and invigorating the body's energies to support its innate wisdom to heal itself.

With more than 8 years of Qigong experience, James is certified by the Ling Gui Qigong School of Seattle to teach three forms, into which he incorporates the generalized practices of self-massage, immune boosting, meditation (walking and sitting), and internal cleansing.

Yi Jin Xi Xue Jing A series of effusive movements that stretch the sinew and cleanse the marrow.
